The members of our Intellectual Property Litigation Group are involved in managing and conducting intellectual property disputes from initiation through litigation and alternative dispute resolution.  We have experience in all aspects of intellectual property disputes, including actions respecting infringement and validity of patents, trademarks, industrial designs, copyright and trade secrets and confidential information issues.

Our Services

We act in matters involving all sectors of the economy and have recently dealt with many Internet related issues, including domain names and other Information Technology issues.  We have made numerous appearances in the Federal Court of Canada and in various provincial courts as well as before regulatory bodies including the Patented Medicines Prices Review Board, Copyright Board, Trade-mark Opposition Board, Patent Appeal Board, and other regulatory agencies.  Our lawyers and agents are experienced in arbitration and mediation of disputes.
