- Advising large emitters on the Ontario Security Commission's requirements for continuous disclosure related to environmental matters (National Instrument 51-102);
- Assisting clients in accessing new federal government Credit for Early Action Program for facilities that could be subject to industrial air emissions regulations;
- Structuring and managing comprehensive environmental due diligence programs as part of environmental assessments;
- Assisting clients in negotiating sponsorship, advertising and other media incentives;
