  • Advising large emitters on the Ontario Security Commission's requirements for continuous disclosure related to environmental matters (National Instrument 51-102);
  • Assisting clients in accessing new federal government Credit for Early Action Program for facilities that could be subject to industrial air emissions regulations;
  • Structuring and managing comprehensive environmental due diligence programs as part of environmental assessments;
  • Assisting clients in negotiating sponsorship, advertising and other media incentives;
  • Representing clients in litigation;
  • Providing advice on policy development and stakeholder participation to public bodies;
  • Analyzing trademark, patent and other intellectual property rights and claims for managing climate change assets.
