Our Asia Pacific Client Service Team is a multi-disciplinary team experienced in virtually all aspects of doing business in Canada of interest to clients in the Asia Pacific economic region.  Our Team's ability to provide comprehensive advice in all types of Canada-based business transactions is an important element of service to a wide variety of businesses, individuals and governmental clients.  Our Team also assists Canadian companies with their Pacific Rim trade and business relations and can make the difference in facilitating a transaction.  Our approach is to tailor the level of experience and judgment required for each client and project, and to call upon all areas of legal expertise to achieve high quality results in a cost-effective manner.

The Team is comprised of lawyers and intellectual property specialists, located in each of our offices across Canada and includes lawyers fluent in Asian languages and others with experience working in Asian law firms.

Our Services

Members of our Asia Pacific Client Service Team are able to provide advice in all areas of business law, including:
