Bill Robertson is a partner in our Toronto office. Mr. Robertson was called to the Ontario Bar in 1971. He is a graduate of Acadia University (B.A. 1966) and of Queen’s University (LL.B. 1969).

- Represents firms acting as receivers, receivers-managers, monitors and trustees in connection with insolvencies and restructurings
- Has represented government regulator in connection with certain financial institutions
- Represents borrowers in connection with restructurings
