Background
Bruce Reynolds is a partner at our Toronto office. Mr. Reynolds was called to the Ontario Bar in 1983, after articling with Borden & Elliot. Mr. Reynolds graduated from the University of Toronto Law School with an LL.B., and has his Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University.
Mr. Reynolds is the Chair of the International Construction Projects Group and a Partner in the Construction, Engineering, Surety and Fidelity Law Group of our Toronto office.
Areas of Practice
- Specializing in the litigation, arbitration and/or mediation of construction claims, construction liens, surety bond claims, construction insurance claims, product liability, and architects' and engineers' E&O; and drafting and negotiating contracts for major infrastructure projects, including public private partnerships as well as construction, engineering, architectural equipment supply, and technology licensing contracts.

Certified Specialist in Construction Law by the Law Society of Upper Canada, 2001 to Present.

Member, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators 2005 – present.
