Janet is a Partner in the Ottawa Office. She graduated with a BA in History from Queen's University in 1972 and received her LLB in 1975, also from Queen's University. She was called to the Bar of the Province of Ontario in 1977.

She also appears as Counsel before the Courts on matters relating to her expertise and prosecutes and defends infractions of Bylaws and Provincial and Federal Regulations.

  • Past chair of the Ottawa and Eastern Ontario Municipal Law and Planning Subsection of the Ontario Section of the Canadian Bar Association.
  • Serves on the Government Affairs Committee of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
