Background
Jeremy Bolger is a partner at our Montréal office. Mr. Bolger was admitted to the Québec Bar in 1979 and is a graduate of the University of Ottawa Law School. He also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (political science and economics) from Loyola College in 1974.
Areas of Practice
- Mr. Bolger is the regional and national leader of our Maritime Group and is the regional leader of our Insurance and Tort Liability Group in Montréal.
- He also practises in the field of intellectual property law and is a registered trade-mark agent. He is the regional leader of our Intellectual Property Litigation Group in Montréal. His practice includes ADR methods, including arbitration and mediation.

- Acts as counsel to terminal operators, stevedores, financial institutions, freight forwarders, shippers, road carriers, ship owners and managers, cargo interests, warehousemen, charterers and operators, as well as their respective agents and underwriters, providing advice with respect to commercial, administrative and regulatory matters and appearing before the courts and administrative tribunals.
